Sisters of Code: Empowering Female Students Through Digital Entrepreneurship and Marketing

At Sisters of Code, we provide different programs to support young girls in Cambodia to grow, learn, and succeed in their life. This year, we have hosted a new program called Sisters of Code Employment Skills Program consisting of two courses in which female university students can choose to advance their skills such as Digital Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing or Website Development and UX/UI Designs. On August 17, 2024, we were proud to see a group of our talented students in the Digital Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing course has been delivered following Deloitte EleVate curriculum and also Deloitte coaches from South East Asia offices working with the students in Cambodia who had learned valuable knowledge from this program that allowed them to develop and present their great business ideas with very interesting marketing strategies for their final business pitch presentation day. In this course, we divided students into 6 groups and each group had their own business project that focused on education, health, and personal development. Here’s a simple guide to what they’re doing.

The Recharge Project is all about helping students take a break from their busy lives. This project organizes trips where they can relax, meditate, and spend time in nature. It’s a chance for them to reconnect with themselves and find peace, so they can return to their studies feeling refreshed and focused.
